- This audio recording features proceedings from the 22nd Annual Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) Convention in Norfolk, Virginia. The recording begins with SCLC President Joseph E. Lowery delivering his presidential address to the convention attendees. Lowery speaks about the Middle East, the continuing civil rights movement, and the changes needed to America's economic and energy policies. The recording continues with singing and then, at 00:46:26, the audio switches to Reverend Wyatt Tee Walker speaking at the convention around the subject of "everything has changed and nothing has changed".
