- This video features Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) President Joseph E. Lowery reflecting on and reviewing the activities of SCLC during 1992. Lowery speaks about the how SCLC is responding to gun violence, the impact of media and materialism on our lives, and the loss of spirituality in peoples' lives. Lowery also highlights SCLC's spearheading the reapportionment of voting districts in Georgia and getting out the vote. Lowery also provides comments on President-Elect Bill Clinton.
