- This video features the SCLC/W.O.M.E.N.'s Luncheon at the 40th Annual Southern Christian Leadership Conference Convention in Atlanta, Georgia. Alexis Herman, the U.S. Secretary of Labor, speaks to the audience about reforming welfare, retirement security, and the need to enact policies that balance an individual's work and home life.
