- Description:
- Mr. H.C. Bass begins the recording by discussing his credentials, where he has worked, and personal stories focused around helping other churches with building planning. He continues by sharing that the building of a church ministry is the physical aspect and image of the church for all who pass by. He says, in order to properly plan for a building, one must first fully understand the purpose of it and make sure that it serves as a workshop for teachers and students as well as a meeting place for the congregation. He argues that the pastor is the key to the planning and should start thinking about the needs and plans longer and before anyone else. The audio recording cuts out when he begins to discuss the importance of a planning and surveying committee. Ends abruptly.
