Arkansas Racist Seized As Drunk in Negro Bar LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Aug. 28 (AP) - Robert J. Norwood head of the Arkansas States Right Council and one of those arrested during a segre- gationist march on Central High School Aug. 12, was picked up by the police today in a Negro night club. Mr. Norwood was charged with drunkenness and was re- leased on a $15.50 bond. He was charged with loiter- ing afte he had been arrested during the clash between marchers and police near the integrated school on opening day. That case is scheduled for hearing Sept. 17. police Lieut. carl E. Jack- son said he ahd been called to the Negro night club at about 2 A.M. by a Negro policeman who reported a "drunk white man" in the place Lieutenant Jackson said he had found Mr. Norwood sitting at the bar with a group of Negroes.
