RESOLUTION WHEREAS - the fact being observed that negro children are playing on the school grounds of the White Public Schools of Little Rock, Arkansas. And it being further observed that white and negro children are playing together on the school grounds of the White Public Schools of Little Rock, Arkansas and that this play seems to be supervised by an older negro. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the superintendent of the Little Rock Public Schools be requested to stop negroes from playing on the White Public School Grounds of Little Rock, Arkansas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent to each and every member of the School Board of the Little Rock Public Schools. Passed in open meeting of the Capital City Chapter.
