CARTHAGE, ARK April 9, 1958 Honor Herbert L. Thoms Sr. Honorable Sir: I am mailing you An open letter, which I trust you will give consideration, It contains matter that it seems the the rank anf file, of those who attempt tp deal with the matter has no knowl edge. I am A Missionary Baptist Minister. My age is 83 years old. I have been an active minister for 55 years, and a Bible student for 60 years, and am still active in the Ministry. Hence I claim that I am qualified to speak on the subject. Plead with you to give this open letter due consideration, and if you see errors in it please point them out to me. I will not enter into the matter in the A rticle, that will speak for itself. I quote scripture for your Convenience, to save you trouble of looking it up.
