The CHAIR. Yes. Mr. KENT. Then why am I not in order? The CHAIR. Mr. Fox has the floor. Mr. KENT. Was the chair addressing me or Mr. Fox? The CHAIR. The chair does not know. Mr. KENT. I think that your last statement is correct, and about the only correct one you made. Also, house bill exempting Pulaski county from the provisions of the act establishing criminal courts in certain counties, recommending it do not pass. Laid on table and made the special order for Tuesday at 11 o’clock. Also, house bill requiring public officers to furnish copies of records, recommending its passage with amendments.
