Young and the West End Merchants Association dedicated themselves to transforming this neighborhood. With an annual commitment of $35,000, and an additional $600,000 allocated for various projects, significant improvements were set in motion. Including plans to revitalize Chandler Warehouses and other key initiatives that aimed to breathe new life into the West End.
