- Silent footage of the 25th annual meeting of the Southeast Regional Area of the NAACP at the Governor's House Motel in Montgomery, Alabama. The convention took place March 17 through 19, 1977. Also included is an interview by WSFA-TV's Norman Lumpkin with a representative of the National Association of Land Owners, during which they discuss the importance of land ownership among African Americans: "Although we do have a lot of problems in housing, discrimination, and other areas, most of these problems could be solved through the proper utilization of land and land ownership."
