- These photographs, labeled "Mitchel and Webb Union Discrimination," were taken by Jim Peppler on behalf of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF). The people are unidentified, though one of the job sites is the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry (now Rutgers Medical School). Peppler worked as a photographer for the LDF from about 1966 to 1985.
