- Biography:
- John Walls was an African American physician in Louisville, Kentucky. His wife, Murray, was influential in the civil rights movement in the community. Walls established well baby clinics in Louisville's African American neighborhoods and served both on the governing board of Louisville Red Cross Hospital and on the board of the National Association of Colored People.
