Born in Putney, England on June 20, 1939, Pauline K. Sims was a CORE activist when she was arrested for her participation in the Freedom Rides. Sims, along with George Raymond, Jr., was arrested in the Trailways bus terminal in Jackson, Mississippi on August, 14 1961.
