- One of three men associated with the National States Rights party arrested for striking an F.B.I. agent on March 7, 1965 in Selma, Alabama featured in the Alabama Dept. of Public Safety's publication, Individuals active in civil disturbances. He was purported to be an associate of J.B. Stoner and assaulted Martin Luther King, Jr. in Selma, Alabama in 1965. He was also said to be a member of the National States Rights Party and the American Nazi Party.
