Attorney, Wisconsin state assemblyman from Clark County in 1966 and sponsor of state civil rights legislation. Nikolay served in a leadership capacity both on the floor of the state legislature and within the Democratic Party. He was elected to the state assembly in 1958 and re-elected in 1960, 1962, 1964, and 1968.
