- Biography:
- Morris J. Markowitz was founder of Markland Advertising Agency, and former president of Studios PRO-MAR in New York City. Markowitz also served as vice president of Alexander's Department Stores in New York, where he oversaw the company's sales promotion and publicity. He died in 1984 at the age of 83.
