- Segregationist and Anti-Semite. Kasper was arrested for his role in the unrest during the integration of Clinton High School in Clinton, Tennessee and continued to protest integration elsewhere in the South. He and J.B. Stoner ran in the 1964 presidential election on the National States' Rights Party ticket.
