- Biography:
- Black Arkansas lawyer, who with Scipio Jones, defended Blacks arrested for their participation in the 1919 race riots near Elaine, Arkansas. An early member of the Little Rock, Arkansas branch of the NAACP, Hibbler along with other lawyers represented the Arkansas Negro Domestic Association in their voting suit against the Democratic Central City Committee. He also served as one of the lawyers in Morris v. Williams.
