- Cleveland, Ohio legislator and judge who was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives in 1950; he served Cleveland Municipal Court from 1953 to 1956, and served the Cuyahoga Court of Common Please from 1956 to 1973. In 1973, he was elected to the Ohio Court of Appeals.
