From Alabama originally. With Homer Loomis and John H. Zimmerlee, founded Columbians Incorporated, a neo-Nazi organization, in Atlanta, Georgia in August 1946 and fostered its agenda of intimidation and harassment of minorities until its state charter was revoked in November 1946.
