Biography:

Harold Brigham a librarian in Louisville, Kentucky, and Indiana. Brigham led the Indiana State Library and was an active member of the American Library Association serving as a member of its Executive Board (1938-42), research assistant (1925-27), and member of the Committee on Salaries, Insurance and Annuities (1924-29).
