Description:: The UGA Black Alumni Oral History Project interviews document the experiences of Black students who attended the University of Georgia in the years following the University's 1961 desegregation. Some of the topics alumni discuss include their reasons for enrolling at UGA, their social lives, their academic goals, their experiences with racism on and off campus, and how time their time at UGA has shaped their lives.
