To help illustrate his message, he references the book of Matthew, chapters 5-7, and Paul, the Biblical apostle. He also explains the importance of loving people in general because those that are in the most need of love are the people receiving welfare. Bishop Harris also shared his accounts of touring Scandinavia and his time spent in Mozambique.
