He and Goreau speak about the appraisal of the items in her Chicago apartment, and the state of Jackson's taxes at the end of her life. The two try to determine a time for Shapiro to visit New Orleans to discuss the matter of Jackson's final resting place, which Shapiro has the right to authorize as the executor of her estate – 17:01.
