They then speak about Jackson's chicken restaurant venture and Galloway's efforts to \"feather his own nest\" through the franchise – 01:22. Mitchell explains how Jackson shifted her legal relationship to Gene Shapiro near the end of her life, especially for matters related to her temple, and her final will – 09:30. They go on to discuss their inability to be in touch with Jackson in the last month of her life – 16:28. They question the quality of care Jackson was receiving, as she was no longer working with her primary physician and how certain people barred interactions with Jackson – 25:10.
