- This is a two-page photocopy of a letter, dated March 28, 1973, is from Allen H. Moore III, editor of the yearbook at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) to the editor of the Greensboro Daily News. The letter concerns coverage by the Daily News of an incident that took place at the time of the Student Government Association's decision to decision to reclassify (removed funding and recognition from) the Neo-Black Society in which a student was allegedly attacked. The SGA decision was overturned, resulting in an eventual legal case leading to the Neo-Black Society's reinstatement as a recognized and funded organization.
