- Description:
- Appraisal reports related to parcel 11-12 located at 112 S. Washington St., Greenville, N.C. and owned by E. R. Dudley. A West Appraisal (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser. Included in the reports are photographs of the house on the parcel. The parcel was purchased and the house demolished as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
