Parcel Appraisal Report (1966) by W. Calvin Reynolds, SRA. A West Appraisal (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser. Parcel Appraisal Report (1962) by D.G. Nichols, Realtor. Included in the reports are photographs of the house on the property. The property was purchased and the house demolished as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
