- Appraisal reports related to parcel 7-3 located at N. Pitt Street, Greenville, N.C. The property was owned by William P. Norcott's heirs. Parcel Appraisal Report (1966) by W. Calvin Reynolds, SRA. A West Appraisal (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser. Included are images of the property. The property was purchased as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
