- Description:
- Parcel appraisal and photograph of a house at 110 N. Washington Street, Greenville, N.C., circa 1962. The property was purchased and the house demolished as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development. Date approximated.
