- This video features the proceedings of a "Get Out The Vote" meeting held in Jackson, Mississippi. The recording opens with Amanda Green Alexander (Mississippi Center for Justice) answering meeting attendees' questions about election processes, voting rights violations, election monitoring, and Mississippi law. Patrick Merloe, the senior associate and director of electoral programs at the National Democratic Institute, then comes to the podium to talk about the importance of protecting voting rights. Both Merloe and Alexander answer additional questions from the audience. The video concludes with closing remarks and b-roll of attendees talking after the meeting and arrival at the Jackson International Airport.
