- This video features footage of two separate recordings. The recording opens with Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) President Joseph E. Lowery reading public service announcements for promotional needs. Lowery also records reflections on the civil rights movement and SCLC activities and responds to questions prompted by an individual off camera. Some of the topics Lowery speaks about are economic justice, criminal justice, gun violence, affirmative action, voting, and public policy.
