- Description:
- Black and white photograph officers making arrests during the Chattanooga sit-ins of February 1960. This was taken on either the third or fourth day of protests. In the left of the photograph, an officer was patting down a young white man. In the right of the photograph, two officers stood with another white boy who had already been handcuffed. The name "Wilson" is written on the back referring to the photographer, likely Delmont Wilson of the Chattanooga News-Free Press.
