- Undated speech given by Joseph A. DeLaine, Sr. regarding the organization and terror tactics of the White Citizens Council (WCC). DeLaine compares the council's ideology to the fascism of Nazi Germany and Italy and of the Ku Klux Klan in America. DeLaine warns that if left unchecked, the WCC will produce a dictator like Hitler or Mussolini.
