One page letter from Isaiah DeQuincey Newman to fellow citizens announces and urges participation in an ad hoc meeting to be held on March 30, 1981 at Benedict College; the goal of the meeting is to organize a group dedicated to African American aspirations and concerns called WEB (an acronym for Waring, Elmore, and Brown), and to lay a wreath upon the grave of civil rights worker George Elmore.
