- The selected images from the U.S. News & World Report collection relating to the Civil Rights movement depict Aaron Henry of the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party at the Democratic National Convention, a Black Panther convention, bombings in Alabama, school integration in Alabama and Arkansas, and Lyndon Johnson and Robert Kennedy in their role as civil rights activists.
