Mildred "Millie" Neal was the wife of Sterling Neal, a Farm Equipment Workers Union (FE) leader and Anne Braden's friend. In this interview, Neal discusses her friendship with Anne Braden and her admiration of both Anne and Carl Braden. She speaks about her husband, Sterling Neal's union work and she and Anne's involvement in the FE Women's Auxiliary and the Negro Labor Council. Neal's support of both the Wades and the Bradens after the bombing is also discussed. - Metadata URL:
