- Richard Anthony Barrett Richard Anthony Barrett (1934-2010) was a leader of several white supremacist groups. In 1987, following a rally in Cummings, Georgia, Barrett received a death threat that he reported to the FBI. This release consists of five different investigations conducted between 1967 and 2003 in which Barrett was either a subject of the case or was mentioned in another investigation
