Sutherland, Matthew R. (Matthew Rozelius), 1919-
Insurance company executive and lawyer born in New Orleans on February 7, 1919, Sutherland served as a member of the Orleans Parish School Board from 1954 to 1966 and as its president in 1959, 1963, and 1966. He also presided over the Louisiana School Boards Association in 1960.
