- Biography:
- UCLA student, Singleton participated in the New Orleans, Louisiana to Jackson Mississippi Freedom Ride on the Illinois Central Railroad on July 30, 1961. He was arrested for his part in the Freedom Rides. Later became Professor, Chairman of the Economics Department at Loyola Marymount University.
