Pleune, Katherine A., 1940-
Katherine A. Pleune was employed as a mimeograph operator in Chicago, Illinois when she was arrested in Jackson, Mississippi for her participation in a Freedom Ride from Nashville, Tennessee to Jackson, Mississippi on June 10, 1961. Pleune was also an active participant in the Fair Play for Cuba movement of 1960-1961.
