Loving, Richard Perry


With his wife, Loving was a plaintiff in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case Loving v. Virginia (1967). The Supreme Court ruled that all state anti-miscegenation laws were unconstitutional since they were violations of the Fourteenth Amendment.
