Jackson, Reginald, 1940-
Born in Houston, Texas, Reginald Jackson was working as a costume designer in Los Angeles, California when he was arrested for his participation in the Freedom Rides. Jackson was arrested in the Illinois Central terminal in Jackson, Mississippi on 9 July 1961 after he and eight others participated in a Freedom Ride from New Orleans, Louisiana to Jackson, Mississippi.
