Ihra, Margaret Lois, 1938-
At the age of twenty-two, City College of New York student Margaret Lois Ihra was arrested at the Trailways Bus Station in Jackson, Mississippi on July 23, 1961 for her participation in a Freedom Ride from Nashville to Jackson via Memphis. She would later marry fellow Freedom Rider Alexander Weiss.
