Huie, William Bradford, 1910-1986
Southern-born journalist, writer, and crusader for civil rights. He was the author of more than 20 novels and works of nonfiction, many of which concerned violence and the Civil Rights movement such as "The Klansman," "Three Lives For Mississippi" and "He Slew The Dreamer."
