Golightly, Cornelius L., 1917-1976

Biography:

Philosophy professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee during the 1960s; he was the first African American elected to the school board of the Milwaukee public schools in 1961, where he worked to eliminate de facto segregation.
