- Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based African American OB-GYN and civil rights worker who was a lifetime member of the NAACP and member of the Milwaukee Urban League; Dr. Finlayson was also a charter board member and former board chairman of the North Milwaukee State Bank, the first full-service African-American owned community bank founded in 1971 to support economic growth and development in Milwaukee's underserved communities.
