Brown, Curry, 1933-
Born on March 18, 1933 in Lawton, Oklahoma, Curry Brown worked as an organizer and participant in civil rights demonstrations and boycotts in Mendenhall, Mississippi. Brown was arrested along with fellow organizers and students from Tougaloo College in February 1970 following his participation in a local demonstration.
