Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies
The Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies serves as a center for research and study of the modern American political system with particular emphasis on public policy, the role of the U. S. Congress, and the dynamic relationships of local, state, national, and international politics. The primary mission of the Russell Library is to collect, preserve, and make available archival and manuscript materials of individuals and organizations that fully document Georgia's modern (1900-present) political history, policy, and culture.

Seattle Civil Rights and Labor History Project
The Seattle Civil Rights and Labor History Project is based at the University of Washington. It represents a unique collaboration involving community groups, UW faculty, and both undergraduate and graduate students. Funding for the project has been provided by the Simpson Center for the Humanities, the Harry Bridges Center for Labor Studies, the Center for the Study of the Pacific Northwest, and the following University of Washington offices: the Office of Undergraduate Education, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Office of the Provost. University of the South Archives and Special Collections
The University Archives serves as the official repository of all University records and houses materials relating to the history of the University of the South and the families of those connected with it, the Episcopal Church, and the Sewanee community. There are over 5,000 linear feet of materials housed in the archives collections in a number of formats, including papers, publications, photographs, maps, museum items, films, and other non-print materials. Archives materials are not cataloged in the Library's online system, but are accessible through a separate card catalog, individual lists, and paper and online inventories.

Washington State University's Manuscripts, Archives, and Special Collections
Manuscripts, Archives, and Special Collections (MASC) is a unit in Washington State University's Holland and Terrell Library that is primarily responsible for acquiring, administering, and preserving millions of non-circulating items, many of which are rare and unique. Collections consist of records and documents of historical value, including manuscripts, photographs, audio and video tapes, films, printed and published materials (books, maps, broadsides, etc.). The university archives, which includes Washington State University theses and dissertations, serves as the collective memory of the institution. As of spring 2001, MASC held approximately15,500 linear feet of primary source material and 38,000 printed items, or roughly 4,500 linear feet of printed material.
