In addition to the overall statutes regarding education, this section also includes the appropriations given to the sole source for higher education for African-Americans in Missouri, Lincoln University, and, for the sake of comparison, the appropriations for the University of Missouri. For the ease of the user, the chapter headings for each section have been included.
